Beautiful Omega Tresor, circa 1954 in very good vintage condition.
 
18k solid rose gold jumbo case, measure 38mm without counting the crown.
Very good condition, probably has been gently buffed in the past, has small lines on the case back but no dents or important defects as shown on photos.
Case back close properly and has all the legit engravings and hallmarks.
Original Omega crown, probably later service.
The dial is a rare original and untouched textured Honeycomb with rose gold matching plots, has the "Swiss Made" writing hidden by the crystal bezel but you have a photo without to check it. The dial condition is amazing, has light aged patina but is flawless, with no shadows, spots or moisture signs. Hard to find in this beautiful condition.
Matching original rose gold hands. 
Cal. 266 hand winding movement is working properly with good timekeeping and amplitude, it look flawless with no rust or damaged parts.
Original Omega box, new generic lizard leather band (not original buckle).
